Closed embroidery foot

A specialized foot that allows embroidery with a sewing machine, as well as free mending. The end of the foot has red markings, by which the area in which the stitch is embroidered is marked.

For embroidery with this foot, you can use all basic, decorative and decorative stitches as desired. On the other hand, for mending, it is best to use straight stitch (lockstitch) and zig-zag.

Instructions for use:
At first, hide the conveyor teeth or obscure them with a cover plate. Then, to install the foot, remove the latch foot lever by loosening the screw, then install the embroidery foot closed directly on the mandrel and tighten the screw. The foot lever should be in the position above the screw of the needle holder.
Parameters: stitch length and width should be adjusted according to the type of embroidery or the size of the tear. Start by hemming the fabric tear with a straight stitch to secure the edge of the fabric. Then stitch the center of the tear with a straight or zigzag stitch to fill it. Control the stitching by maneuvering the fabric and moving it back and forth. Adjust the sewing speed according to the speed of moving the fabric.
Always do a test sewing before the actual one.
