1 General Provisions

 

1 This Privacy Policy of the Online Shop is informative in nature, meaning that it is not a source of responsibility for the Customer or the Shop.

2 The administrator of personal data collected through the Internet Store is M & M Sp. z.o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Miechowity 1, 51-162 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register in the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000403267, with VAT registration number 894-303-64-06, REGON: 021773289 initial capital of PLN 50,000.00, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and acting as both Shop Administrator and Seller.

3 Personal data of the Customer and Client are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Protection Act) and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data providing services by electronic means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

4 The administrator shall exercise special care to protect the interests of the data subject and in particular ensure that the data he collects are processed in accordance with the law; collected for marked, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes; Substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in such a way as to enable the identification of the persons concerned, no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

5 Any words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this site and beginning with a capital letter (eg, Seller, Online Shop, Electronic Service) shall be understood as defined in the Internet Store Terms and Conditions available on the Website.

 

2 Objective and Capacity of Data Collection and Data Receiver

 

1 Each time the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Administrator results from activities undertaken by the Customer or Client in the Internet Store. For example, if a customer chooses to use personal pick up instead of a courier service, his personal data will be processed for the conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement, but will no longer be available to the carrier performing the shipment on the order of the Administrator. 

2 Possible goals of collecting personal data of the Client or Customer by the Administrator:

1 Conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement or Electronic Service Contract (eg Account);

2 Direct marketing of your own products or services.

3 Possible recipients of personal data of Online Shop customers:

1 In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Shop delivery method by courier, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or the intermediary performing the consignment on the order of the Administrator;

2 In the case of a Customer using a credit card, the Administrator makes available the collected personal data of the Customer, to the selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Shop.

4 The Administrator may process the following personal data of the Client or Customers using the Internet Store: name and surname; e-mail address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), address of residence / activity / seat (if different from delivery address). In the case of Non-Consumers or Non-Clients, the Administrator may also process the Company's name and Tax Identification Number (NIP) of the Client or Customer.

5 The disclosure of personal data referred to in the preceding paragraph may be necessary to conclude and execute the Contract of Sale or Electronic Service Agreement at the Internet Shop. The scope of data required for the conclusion of the contract is always indicated on the website of the Internet Shop and in the Regulations of the Internet Shop.

5 keeping anonymous statistics on how to use the Web Store.

1 Passing of personal data by the Client or Customer is voluntary, although failure to disclose the personal data required to enter into and execute the Contract of Sale or the Electronic Services Agreement indicated on the Internet Store and in the Internet Store Rules results in the inability to conclude the contract.

2 The basis for the processing of personal data of the Client or Customer is the necessity of fulfilling the contract of which he is a party or acting on his request before the conclusion of the contract. In the case of data processing for direct marketing of own products or services of the Administrator, the basis for such processing is (1) the prior consent of the Client or Customer, or (2) fulfillment of legitimate objectives pursued by the Administrator (pursuant to Article 23 paragraph 4 of the Data Protection Act In particular, direct marketing of your own products or services is considered a legitimate goal.

 

5 Control Laws, Access to Content of Your Data and It’s Correction

 

1 The Client or Customer has the right to access and correct their personal data.

2 Everyone has the right to control the processing of data relating to it contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to request, false or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer needed to accomplish the purpose for which they were collected.

3 In the event that the Client or Customer authorizes the processing of data for direct marketing of their own products or services, the consent may be revoked at any time.

4 In case the Administrator intends to process or process the data of the Client or Customer for direct marketing of his own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to (1) a written, reasoned request to cease processing of his data due to his particular situation or (2) objecting to the processing of its data.

1 The administrator uses Google Analytics provided by Google Inc. , HotJar services provided by Hotjar Ltd (Malta), and Optimizely services provided by Optimizely Inc.
