In our store, you don’t have to worry that the chosen size wont fit, or that the item doesn't completely meet your expectations. 

Thanks to the integration of our store with cheap returns via Polish Post Office, you can buy worry free and know returns won’t be a hassle.

In accordance with law, you have 14 days to return an item without providing any reason for the return. We however have extended this time to 30 days. If the item doesn't meet your needs, you can send it back to us within 30 days. All returns of items from our store are easy to do using the return function on your account on our website, which allows you to send us a return package using Polish Post Office. 

We have chosen the Polish Post Office, as our trusted partner for returns, because it is the largest and easiest to access for most people on the Polish market with over 450 years of traditions. Thanks to our cooperation, you don't need to wait for a courier, all you do is print automatically created documents for you and on your way to work or school, drop off your package at a Post Office.

Print Return Documents

Our system will generate your return documents and a shipping label you only have to print.

Send Package

Place items and return documents in a package and seal it well. Attach return shipping label.

Refund

You will receive your money within 14 days of us receiving the return. 

Detailed steps regarding returns:

• Log into your account and in the return panel select item you wish to return;

• In the following steps select “Use store return” and select format in which you wish your money to be returned;

• Generate a return document and return label, print and sign them;

• Place items and return documents in a package and seal well. You may reuse the package we shipped the item to you in. Go to any Polish Post office and provide the package and shipping labels. Remember that the dimensions may not exceed 60 x 50 x 35 cm and the weight 30 kg;

• Your money will be returned by your selected method within 14 days of us being informed of the return. Generally this happens even faster. We can however wait until receiving the returned item or until a return reason is provided.
