The basic principle of a home air purifier is to filter the air in the room. The device sucks in the air and then extracts pollutants from it. This is done with the help of special filters. The Lucznik AP-2019 W Air Purifier uses up to three filters of different types: pre-filter, HEPA 13 filter, carbon filter and germicidal UV lamp.

The Lucznik AP-2019 W Air Purifier catches up to 99.97% of pollutants in the form of smog particles, allergens, bacteria and viruses. It is great for allergy sufferers as it captures pollen, dust mites, dust or animal dander limiting their contact with the body.

• TheHEPA 13 filter is a type of mesh with micro holes, smaller than dirt particles. It strains out unwanted air components by sucking them through the filter and depositing them on its structure. You only need to change the filter from time to time to continuously enjoy healthy air.
• The carbon filter allows you to additionally freshen the air by capturing odorous particles from it - for example, the smell of animals or a burnt dinner.
• The UV lamp illuminates the air filtered by the purifier to get rid of floating bacteria, dust mites, mold spores and viruses.

Watch the air quality improve

The Lucznik AP-2019 W Air Purifier has a highly visible pollution indicator. When you turn it on, you will see the degree of pollution indicated by numbering and color on its circular display. Observe how the degree of air cleanliness changes as the air purifier runs for a long time. If an undesirable component is detected in the air (for example, due to the opening of a window), the purifier will change the color of the indicator and show the degree of pollution. Red indicates bad air quality, orange indicates moderate air quality, and green indicates good air quality.

To estimate the amount or type of purifier needed in an apartment, pay attention to the efficiency of the filter, measured, for example, in CADR. It is common practice to purchase several purifiers, one for each room, or one larger one for the entire apartment. The Lucznik AP-2019 W Air Purifier has a CADR efficiency rating of 190 m³/h, which means that it can optimally filter a room of about 47^m2 in an hour.

Automatic functions and easy operation

The AP-2019 W purifier has automatic adjustment of the intensity of operation, depending on the level of air pollution. When turned on, it runs for a few seconds at full power (90 dB), and then adjusts to the conditions in the room. Working on the fly, the purifier emits a very quiet hum and is virtually inaudible among other household noises. This is more economical and energy efficient compared to manual adjustment.

Use the touch control panel to set the desired parameters of the purifier's operation - for example, the speed of the air supply. Lucznik Air Purifier AP-2019 W also has an automatic mode, thanks to which the device independently selects the airflow speed depending on the amount of pollution. The control panel also allows you to set the device's operation time so that it automatically shuts off after a certain period of time. It is also possible to turn on or off UV lamp and ionization. The control panel will also remind you to change the filter if it is worn out, and will inform you when the UV bulb is burned out.

Remember to change the filter in your air purifier regularly to keep it effective! In the case of the HEPA filter, it is not enough to wash it, because, due to its mode of operation, dirt particles are built deep into its structure. The degree of wear of the filter depends on the amount of pollutants absorbed and the degree of air pollution. To ensure proper operation of the purifier, the filter should be replaced as it wears out - at least once a season.
